- Underlying collateral (e.g., physical GPUs, customer contracts)
- Loan-to-Value (LTV) ratio
- Financing model (debt, equity, or hybrid structure)
- Estimated APY
These disclosures allow users and investors to clearly understand the structure and risk profile of GAIB’s portfolio.
To further strengthen trust, GAIB will engage third-party auditors to conduct quarterly audits, ensuring that all reported data and underlying assets are accurate, verifiable, and compliant with GAIB’s stated standards.
